Biography
Since the foundation of the company and now for more than 20 years, the company “InterChem” is being successfully managed by Anatoliy Reder - CEO, PhD, honored worker of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, laureate of the Academic Kiprianov Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. For the employees Dr. Reder is an authoritative leader who under difficult conditions of company growth, economic reforms and the global crisis every day makes decisions about the development strategy of “InterChem SLC”. Anatoliy Reder is well known in Odessa and Odessa region as one of the best employers, an adherent of legal wage. Many people who are in need appreciate his charitable activities. At the ceremony of celebrating the 20th anniversary of the company, CEO of “InterChem SLC” was awarded with the government award (Diploma of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers), and the highest award of the Odessa Сity Mayor - Marazli Order. And in 2013, for "the creation of a powerful modern pharmaceutical school, high quality standards and innovative course of concern of "InterChem" Dr. Reder was awarded the Medal named after Odessa Governor-General Mikhail Vorontsov.
