Biography

  Education Graduated with honors from the Kiev Medical Institute named after O. A. Bogomolets. Scientific activity Author of more than 400 scientific publications, including 17 monographs, textbooks, manuals, practical manuals on extragenital pathology of pregnant women, organization of medical care for pregnant women in Ukraine, pharmacotherapy during pregnancy, etc. The author of memoirs and journalistic books "Academicians on medicine, time and about themselves", "Dialogues about medicine and life", "About teachers and predecessors, older friends". Internships, conferences, seminars He is a participant and co-organizer of numerous scientific and practical conferences, international congresses. Conducts a course of lectures for obstetrician-gynecologists, school-seminar "Pregnancy of high risk." Membership in associations He is a member of the European Association of Perinatal Medicine, the Society of Physicians of Ukraine, the Association of Ukrainian Internists.

Research Interest

 Conducts observation and treatment of pregnant women with various types of extragenital pathology: diseases of the cardiovascular system, bronchopulmonary diseases, liver, kidney, blood system, endocrine system, etc .; the definition of individual maternal and perinatal risks; development of optimal tactics for managing pregnancy, the term and method of delivery.
