Amir Aisautov

Biography

Mr. Amir Aisautov served as Director of Mining & Metals Business Development at JSC System Capital Management (SCM) form November 2009 to August 17, 2015. Since November 2009, Mr. Aisautov has been responsible for the development of SCM mining and metals business. He accounts for issues related to strategy, investments, finances and risks. Before joining SCM, he served as Senior Projects Manager of Moscow and Emirates Offices of international consultancy McKinsey&Company from 2003 to 2008. From August 2008 to November 2009, Mr. Aisautov served as Director for Strategy and Investment at the managing company Clever Management. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board at Metinvest B.V. since July 14, 2014. He has been Chairman of Supervisory Board of Metinvest Holding LLC since June 14, 2012 and serves as its member of Supervisory Board. He serves as Member of Management Board of JSC System Capital Management. In 2001 Mr. Aisautov graduated from Kazakh National Technical University with a degree in Economics and Business Management in the year 2001 and he also has an MBA degree of School of Business at Georgetown University (Washington, USA) in the year 2003.
