Biography
Worked in the Capital Markets Office of Monetary Policy Department at the National Bank of Ukraine; Head of Capital Markets Office of Public Debt Department at Ministry of Finance of Ukraine; Ministry of Transportation of Ukraine. Held executive positions at PFTS Stock Exchange and at a number of investment and asset management companies. He studied at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv with specialization in Economic Cybernetics.
