Biography
Viktor P. Shkurko is the Head for Korop Cheese Production Plant State-run Enterprise. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. His research interests that include Food sciences and horticulture in his wide range of publications in various national and international journals have been a recipient of many award and grants. He is the Editorial Board Member of various journals and serves as a member of various associations apart from being an author for many books.
