Grzegorz Shatkowski

Biography

Grzegorz Shatkowski (1970) graduated from the Main School of Commerce (SGH) in Warsaw, where he received a Master's degree in International Business. Grzegorz Shatkowski is a finance specialist who has worked for investment banking and investment management for many years. During 1997-2003 he worked as an analyst at Merrill Lynch, UK, where he first specialized in working with clients from emerging markets who needed to raise capital or planned mergers or mergers, and later in the management of investments such as rivative equity. Later he worked as an advisor to Lesheck Charnetsky during the creation of a group of companies working in the field of finance. He was a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Upper Silesian Economic Bank (GórnoÅ›lÄ…skiego Banku Gospodarczego, today - Getin Bank) participated in acquiring, merging and obtaining financing for various entities of the group, incl. Industrial Bank (Bank PrzemysÅ‚owy), Open Finance i Carcade (Russia). From 2007 to 2010, he worked as a director of the TFI AKJ SA Asset Management Company.      Since May 2011, Grzegorz Shatkowski has worked at ROK Bank Polski SA, where he was Deputy Director of the Corporate Development Department and supervised the work of the Bank.       On April 10, 2012, the Supervisory Board of the Bank was appointed to the post of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of the Bank.   On August 9, 2016, the Supervisory Board of the Bank was appointed to the position of Chairman of the Management Board of KREDOBANK.
