Olena Ratsun

Biography

 Olena focuses on contractual, commercial, construction, real estate, and infrastructure law. In addition, she advises on intellectual property and general corporate law. She is also experienced in dispute resolution. Olena represents clients both before courts of general jurisdiction and specialised courts (commercial, administrative, and civil) in cases concerning debt recovery, commercial disputes, tax and corporate disputes, bankruptcy, and restructuring. Her work experience includes positions with leading local companies, including financial and production business groups, law firms, and medium-sized companies. Olga graduated from one of Ukraine’s leading universities .
