Tetyana Proskurnya

Biography

 Tetyana has been practising law for over 10 years. She specialises in complex dispute resolution, litigation, banking and finance, real estate, construction, corporate law, M&A, and securities. Tetiana has extensive experience in advising on banking and finance, cross-border debt, and equity transactions, restructurings, trade, and production. She represents clients in courts of all instances, within a full range of disputes, including debt recovery, commercial, corporate and tax disputes, disputes relating to real estate, restructuring, and bankruptcy, asset tracing, enforcement of mortgages and pledges. She also represents clients in the course of the enforcement of court decisions. Before joining Magnusson, Tetiana led her own practice and, prior to that, headed the legal department of a large Ukrainian production and financial business group, where she also acted as a member of the board of directors.
