Biography
Yaroslav Simonov was appointed a member of the Class A Supervisory Board on July 14, 2014. Mr. Simonov's sphere of competence includes legal issues, compliance, and corporate governance. Yaroslav specializes in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, banks and finance, as well as on securities. He previously worked for The Silecky Firm (affiliated with Squire Sanders & Dempsey LLP). He held the position of Head of the Law and Compliance Department in the Ukrainian office of the investment group Renaissance Capital in 2005-2007, as well as the Executive Director in 2008. Currently, he is deputy director of SF "Voropayev and Partners". Mr. Simonov graduated from the Faculty of Law of Kyiv National University. Taras Shevchenko (1995-2000), and also received a master's degree in law from Central European University in Budapest, Hungary (LL.M. in International Business Law, Central European University).
