Vladislav Belous is the Head of Environment Protection Department at METINVEST HOLDING, LLC . Enviromental expert with more than 10 years experience in different industries with significant environmental impact and footprint (mining & metals, cement and chemicals production etc.). Pro-active and result oriented manager with background in environmental affairs: engineering, internal auditing, projects verification and activities compliance. Successfully accomplished multiple complex and cross-functional multilateral projects, including a large-scale and long-term international program for law making activities aimed at adoption of national permitting legislation to the provisions of integrated permitting system (EU Industrial Emissions Directive).
