Biography

 After 10+ years in IB / private equity I joined Ukraine's government to help my country after the Revolution of Dignity. My portfolio includes public procurement, deregulation, state-owned enterprise policy, donor coordination. We've launched e-procurement system ProZorro which saves 12% of budgeted contracts, provides full transparency and won World Procurement Awards 2016 - Public Sector and OGP Awards 2016.
