Biography
Dr. Alexandr M. Pospelov is currently Member of the Board of Directors in Motor Sich. In 1979 graduated Irkutsk Polytechnical Institute major in ‘Mechanical engineering, metal-cutting tools’. Ph.D. in Economics. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
