Biography
Mr. Viktor Y. Kotsuba is currently the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Deputy Technical Director – Head of experimental and research complex of experimental design bureau in Motor Sich. In 2003 graduated from Zaporozhye national technical university by occupation ‘Equipment for pressure metal treatment’. He’s also the Zaporozhye Regional Council Deputy. His international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study.
