 - involved in foreign economic activity, public procurements; - legal opinions on the requests of enterprises, legislative, executive, law enforcement and judicial authorities; - cooperation for joint study of the hydrocarbon potential, geological exploration and development; - supporting the execution of Global bond certificate, guaranteed by the Government of Ukraine; - supporting activity in the Middle East in cooperation with Governments of the Emirate of Fujairah (UAE) and Egypt; - supporting loan facility agreements and collateral from Gazprombank; - supporting the master facility from China Development Bank for coal gasification projects; analyses of the relevant FIDIC Contracts;  - participation in Ukraine – EU negotiations on Free Trade Agreement in energy sector, including Early Warning System, and Dispute Settlement Mechanism;  - Framework contracts for sale and purchase of gas from European companies, including based on EFET General Agreement; - legal analyses of the existing disorders and challenges for the Ukrainian Transportation System Operator regarding Interconnection Agreements; tenders for reservation of gas transportation facilities; - legal analyses and research in cooperation with the European Commission of the existing abuse of dominant market position in accordance with the European and Ukrainian energy legislation; - support and participation in the arbitration cases in the Arbitration Institute of the SCC (Sweden) against Rosukrenergo, Italia Ukraina Gas, Gazprom; - participation in preparation of Letter of Intent of Ukraine Government to International Monetary Fund for the financial support Stand-by; involving funds on a grant basis from EBRD and EIB for UPU pipeline modernization; - participation in negotiations with representatives of Russian Federation and the European Commission (Brussels), drafting documents regarding the conditions for natural gas deliveries over winter 2015 period and guaranteeing the security of the gas supply; Education  National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy Degree Name Master's Degree Field Of Study Law Studies Dates attended or expected graduation 2002 – 2008 In accordance with the Certificate Program "Problems of European Law" got awareness and competence regarding European law and issues of harmonization of Ukrainian legislation in the view of the country's declared policy towards European integration.
