Paul Warwick

Biography

 Mr. Warwick is the non-executive chairman of Andalas Energy and Power PLC, a member of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz, the state oil and gas company of Ukraine and a non-executive director of Ardyne Technologies Limited. His number of years of experience is in excess of forty with thirty eight years in the oil and gas industries. Until his retirement in 2015 he was an Executive Director for Repsol and prior to that an Executive Vice President for Talisman Energy Inc. Joining Talisman in 2012, he was accountable for businesses in Norway, UK, Colombia, Poland, Peru and the Kurdistan region of Iraq and the corporate technical functions (exploration, drilling, projects, sub-surface) and corporate HSE. He spent thrirty one years with Conoco and ConocoPhillips in a variety of positions starting in capital projects and operations, later positions include managing director of Phoenix Park Gas Processors, Trinidad, CEO Gulfstream Resources; managing director Conoco Nigeria; CEO Gulf Indonesia Resources; president ConocoPhillips Indonesia; president Middle East and North Africa, ConocoPhillips; president Europe and West Africa, ConocoPhillips. He has a master of science degree from Cranfield Institute of Technology, he is a chartered engineer and is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects, a Fellow of the Welding Institute and a Fellow of the Energy Institute.
