Biography

 Mr. Viacheslav VLASOV is a Director at National Scientific Centre „Tairov Research Institute of Viticulture and Wine-Making”, Ukraine. He is a recipient of many awards and grants for his valuable contributions. He is committed to highest standards of excellence.

Research Interest

 scientific substantiation of the development of viticulture and winemaking in Ukraine based on a detailed assessment of ampeloecological resources; - improvement of assortment and genetic potential of varieties and clones of grapes of high adaptive qualities to produce competitive products; - transition of the grape nursery of Ukraine to the certified basis; - development and implementation of energy-saving and resource-saving environmentally secure technologies of grapes and grape seedlings growth; - development and implementation of a new generation of machines for wine and grape nursery; - development of new brands of wines from grapes selection of NSC «Tairov Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking»; - development, optimization and application of methods of bio-and DNA-based technologies, including studies of molecular genetic polymorphism of grapes. - еconomic, marketing, and innovative research.
