Valentina Khudnytska is the Chairman for Novaya Kakhovka Bakery Open Joint-Stock Company. Her international experience includes various programs, contributions and participation in different countries for diverse fields of study. Her research interests that include Food science technology reflect in her wide range of publications in various national and international journals has been a recipient of many award and grants. She is the Editorial Board Member of various journals and serves as a member of various associations apart from being an author for many books.
