Viktor A. Zdor is Chairman of the board of  Osnastka, Scientific and Production enterprise, Public Joint Stock Company, Ukraine.

He has interest in Manufacture of beamless pumping units and plunger bar pumps for oil production; manufacture of pumps for oil-and-gas industry; manufacture of armature for oil-and-gas pipelines (flanges, angle bars, T-bends, switches), and fastenings for this armature; manufacture of dewatering pump-turbines; complete repairs of oil wells serving units AZINMASH-37 and A50M; complete repairs of reducers, including the ones with Novikov's interlocking and wheels with up to 10mm modules; manufacture, repair and restoration of pump cylinder bushings; manufacture of spare parts for oil-and-gas equipment; manufacture of different accessories and spare parts for electric power plants, coal-mining and metallurgy equipment repair; manufacture of disintegrators for bulk materials breaking; manufacture of magnetic holders for capture and transportation of single-piece flat billets made of ferromagnetic materials; manufacture of balanced pneumatic manipulators MSP-250 for single-piece freights transportation during loading and unloading
