Biography
Mr. Belikov founded Ovostar Union in 1999 (until 2011 - Boryspil Agro Trade Ltd.). From 2007 to today he holds the position of General Director of the Group. Mr. Belikov received an engineer-mechanics engineer training in the aircraft industry at the Kyiv Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers (1994).
