Biography
Mr. Karpenko from 1997 to 2003 and served as Deputy Head of the Department of Investment Policy and Agrarian Business at the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. Since 2003 Mr. Karpenko has been working at the Association "Poultry Union of Ukraine" and has been its Executive Director since 2006. Mr. Karpenko graduated from the National Agrarian University in the field of agrarian management (1997).
