Biography
Anna Kubenko is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Kiev. Ms. Kubenko has eight years of experience in recruitment and Executive Search with particular focus on the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail businesses. She has completed over a hundred assignments for Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Operations roles and is a certified personal profile assessment practitioner (Thomas PPA). During her mandate with a global recruitment firm, Ms. Kubenko was consistently awarded top-performer distinctions for her efforts in consolidating the Healthcare and Consumer Goods Practices into key business areas. Ms. Kubenko holds a Master’s degree in International Information Systems from the National Academy of Government Managerial Staff of Culture and Arts from Kiev. Apart from her native Ukrainian, she speaks fluent Russian and English.
