Yuri Rudenko

Biography

 Yuri Rudenko has a vast experience in the pharmaceutical business of twenty four years; the last fifteen years as a General Director of Representative office in Ukraine. I am proficient in skills of management, marketing and finance, including strategic and tactical planning, communication and negotiation skills. I am very familiar with the network of the pharmaceutical distributors and pharmacies of Ukraine. I was responsible for the logistic process and registration procedures.  I have necessary knowledge and skills for effective promotion and sales of the Rx- and OTC-products. I took part in leading roles of creating marketing programs for the successful launch of new products.  I participated actively in the international and national pharmaceutical conventions, meetings and seminars. I took part in organization and realization of the trainings and motivation programs for my employees.
