Mr. Denis Morozov has been the Chief Financial Officer of Interpipe Limited since October 2013 and serves as its Director of Product & Resource Management and Member of Management Board. Mr. Morozov is responsible for the development and realization of Interpipe’s product strategy, the formation of its production portfolio, the determination of the Company’s pricing policy as well as managing long-term and short-term plans for production and sales
