Biography
Keith Henry was appointed as Non-Executive Chairman in April 2008, and took on the role of Executive Chairman in September 2010. Mr Henry has 40 years experience in the development, financing, design, construction and management of projects in the oil and gas, process and energy industries, during which time he was Chief Executive of National Power plc, a FTSE100 company, Kvaerner Engineering and Construction Limited, and Brown & Root Limited.
