Biography
Sergei Glazunov was appointed as Finance Director in November 2014, having previously been a Non-Executive Director since February 2012 as a nominee of Regal's majority shareholder, Energees Management Limited. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of LLC Smart Energy. Prior to joining the Smart Holding Group, Mr Glazunov held positions as Deputy Chief Executive Officer at JSC Concern AVEC & Co and Vice President at JP Morgan Chase and Bank One Investment Management Group.
