Biography

Being one of the leading executive search consultants in the CIS, Alexey is a founding partner of Boyden Ukraine. Maintaining highest ethical standards and professional practices for 15 years, having worked in Russia and Ukraine, Alexey is well-known for his success in placing senior executives in a diverse range of industries, particularly with consumer products, retail, healthcare and agribusiness. Over the past ten years, Alexey has accomplished 250+ search assignments. His key competencies are the search for CEOs, VPs and C-level professionals in Finance, HR, Marketing and Sales functions. He has supported countless owners and CEOs in reaching critical hiring decisions, and brings a strong understanding of the organizational development and governance issues inherent in senior executive recruitment. He also works closely with the private equity and venture capital investor community to provide executive search services for their portfolio companies. And most of all he is proud of the experience of cooperation with sports organizations like National Olympic Committee, Ukrainian Football Premier League and Football Club Shakhtar. Prior to joining Boyden, Alexey held a leadership role in an International Executive Search company as Head of CIS region. Alexey is an active participant and speaker in professional and specialized conferences, is a recognized expert in executive recruitment and compensation issues; he has a large number of publications, interviews and expert comments in leading business publications. Alexey holds an Honours Master Degree in Law from Donetsk National University. Alexey is a continuous learner. He completed a number of Executive Development Programs in leading US business schools (University of Michigan Ross School of Business; University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business; Columbia Business School). Alexey is also a Certified Assessment Practitioner (Thomas International DISC) and a business coach (Adler Scandinavia).
