Biography
Michael Clay serves as President & COO of Synexus US. For over 19 years he has worked closely with biopharma companies developing new and novel products. Mike spent five years in Singapore as Vice President, Asia-Pacific, for a global CRO operating in 14 countries throughout Asia. The organisation grew to be one of the largest in the region during this time.Prior to Singapore, he was based in Beijing and served as General Manager of China for the CRO PPD. Mike has led a portfolio of global clinical trials with sites across, Europe, North America, Asia and South America. He began his career in Clinical Development in 1996 at one of the largest Phase I clinics in the United States while completing his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology at Missouri State University. Mike lives in Arizona with his family.
