Biography
Mr. Brian W. Hesje, FCA, ICD.D served as the President of Fountain Tire Ltd. from November 1991 to November 2001 and as its Chief Executive Officer from November 2001 to March 2005. Mr. Hesje served as a Partner in Sax, Zimmel, Stewart & Company, an accounting firm, where he specialized in small and medium sized public companies. Mr. Hesje has extensive entrepreneurial and small business experience. He has been the Chairman of Fountain Tire Ltd. since November 1991. He serves as the Chairman of ATB Financial (also know as ATB Investor Services). and has been its Independent Director since 2011. He served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). He has been a Director of Fountain Tire Ltd. since 1984. Mr. Hesje serves as a Board Member of several Canadian public companies. He serves a Directors of Alberta Innovates - Bio Solutions. He served as a Director of Amerityre Corporation since February 14, 2012.
