Biography

 Mr. Kalyuzhnyy is responsible for economic analysis and forecasting, project management and support, a committee’s coordination. Holds a B.A. degree in Political Science and Economics from the Westphalian Wilhelm University of Münster (Germany) and a M.Sc. degree in International Economics and Policy consulting from the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (Germany).
