Biography
Mr. Verzhykhovskyi is a deputy general director on quality management at Industrial Milk Company. He is responsible for implementation of a project of restructuring business processes at IMC, improving the efficiency of the company, optimizing personnel and resource exploitation, improving the existing system of motivation with transition to the system based on achievement of key performance indicators (KPI).
