Biography
Serhiy Skrypchenko was born on June 3, 1938 in the village of Polohy-Verhuny (Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi Area) of the Kyiv Region.He graduated from Kyiv Polytechnic Institute in 1966, specializing in «equipment and machinery for chemical production». In 1972 he graduated from the All-Union Trade Academy, Foreign Trade Faculty.Serhiy Skrypchenko began his career in 1956 as a mechanic at the Kyiv factory Bilshovik, and then as a processing engineer and design engineer.Upon graduation from the All-Union Trade Academy, he worked at the Trade Representative Office of the USSR in Switzerland.
