Sergii Svystil

Biography

 Serhiy Svystil was born in the village of Nyzhni Mlyny (Poltava Area), Poltava Region.He graduated with honors from the Military Institute of Telecommunications and Information, Military Relations Academy, Central Institute of Certification Training for Management Staff in the Patent Sphere, Higher State Courses on Patent and License Work. He studied at the Monterey Institute of International Studies (USA).From 1974 to 1991 he studied and served in the Armed Forces of the USSR as an Officer, working in the direction of interaction with the defense industry, organization of scientific and research, research and design works and development of new technology samples (Kyiv).
