Biography
Mr. Mavriky Kalugin, is a career oilman with extensive international experience in brownfield and greenfield developments, field management, IOR/EOR projects, technical operations, and general management. In February 2016, Mr. Kalugin accepted the position of the Executive Vice President Upstream and a member of the Executive Board of Ukrnafta. Prior to joining Ukrnafta, Mr. Kalugin served as the Country Manager for Petrofac - Romania. Previously, Mr. Kalugin held senior technical and operating positions with Petrofac Integrated Energy Services – Russia, Cairn India, TNK-BP, Occidental, ConocoPhillips, and ARCO, Alaska. Mr. Kalugin holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers, and a fluent Russian speaker.
