Biography
Robert Whalley is the new Executive Vice President for Technology & Services and a member of the Executive Board of PJSC Ukrnafta. In the recent past Robert Whalley worked as an independent consultant assisting companies in the region with modernization and performance improvement. Between 2011-2014 he worked in Integra Group as COO, where he was responsible for the running of an integrated Russian drilling, workover and services company. For 30 years he worked for Schlumberger, the world’s largest oilfield service company famous for its technological leadership, holding a number of senior positions and playing a central role in the development of the Integrated Project Management business. He has undergone extensive management and technical training, including leadership training at Harvard Business School, and advanced financial management at IMD.
