Biography
Michael joined UNB in September 2015. He provides management of all the Company’s business processes, strategic leadership and cooperation with the Company’s stakeholders. From April 2011 Michael held the position of Deputy Board Chairman, Director of Corporate Development and Strategy at PJSC Ukrnafta (Ukraine). He was supervising finance, planning, audit and IT functions as well as coordinating operations of joint ventures and affiliate companies. Prior to PJSC Ukrnafta Michael worked for 8 years in investment banking industry, particularly at Goldman Sachs (New York) and Renaissance Capital (Moscow, Kiev). He obtained Bachelor’s degree at Lehigh University (Bethlehem, USA) and Master’s degree at Columbia University (New York, USA).
