Alexander Lukanov

Biography

Mr. Lukanov joined the Bank in February 2006 and until 2013 held positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of Alfa-Bank Ukraine. With over twenty years banking experience, he is also currently a member of the Board of Directors of Alfa-Banking Group. Until 2005, he served as Head of Corporate Banking and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of Alfa-Bank Russia. He was Chairman of the Board of Alfa-Bank subsidiaries in Belarus and Kazakhstan, a member of the Board of Trade House Perekryostok (X5 Retail Group), and a member of the Board of Directors of Alfa Insurance. Prior to joining Alfa-Bank Russia, he served as Chairman of the Executive Board of one of the first venture capital funds in Russia, SPF Kontakt XXI.
