Biography
Andrew Baxter is also a member of the supervisory board of Alfa-Bank Ukraine and one of the executives of the board of directors at ABH Holdings S.A., in charge of the group audit. Before joining Alfa-Group in 2005 Andrew Baxter worked for SUN Group, an investment company. In 1999 he served as chief financial officer at Navenor Holdings Ltd., one of the SUN Group companies; in 2000 – chief financial officer at SUN Capital private equity fund; in 2001 – partner of SUN Group. Previously he had also worked for the Renaissance Capital bank, the U.S. Russia Investment Fund, CS First Boston (Moscow) and Deloitte&Touche (Johannesburg, RSA).
