Biography
Roman Shpeck joined Alfa-Bank Ukraine in 2008 as vice president and was subsequently appointed senior advisor to Alfa-Bank Ukraine. He also chairs the Board of the Independent Association of Ukrainian Banks (NABU) and was a member of the Board of the National bank of Ukraine in 2010-2015. Roman Shpeck is a famous Ukrainian statesman and diplomat. In 2000-2008 he led the Permanent Mission of Ukraine to the European Union, during 1996-2000 – The National Agency for Reconstruction and Development, and then – The National Agency for Development and European Integration.
