Biography

 Mod Ser is Passionate for healthcare and pharmaceutical industry. It’s very satisfying to feel like adding value everyday to people’s lives by being involved way or another in innovating or delivering those innovation to patients. In my view, no other industry is so innovative yet no other industry is as challenging and desperate for change as much as this one. I have been working in the Pharmaceutical industry in many areas of the industry and across different geographies between Europe / Africa / Middle East region. My experiences varied between technical knowledge , management skills and leadership roles.. Technical roles like New products planning and launching which gave me a great opportunity to work first hand with R&D teams , market research teams , marketing agencies and sales and marketing teams or later Six Sigma which involved me in projects with almost every discipline of the industry .
