Biography

food safety professional with a background in MSc. Microbiology & have done various certified courses in food safety & hygiene. she started  career in the role of Quality controller in a manufacturing industry where she strengthened her basics in the field and honed her skills to an appreciable level. It was not very late when she realized that she have to strengthen her professional skills by enrolling in various training programs to get approval as a food safety trainer. With a conviction thatshe would make a good trainer cum auditor and inspired by the compliments from her friends about her training & auditing skills in the field, she decided to pursue food safety as her career.   she is  glad to have made this decision as today she work out of passion, love and dedication for what she do and recognize the importance of benefiting others and myself through my efforts. Having a background in microbiology, she was able to quickly adapt in technical issues which gave her great results in developing people in the company . Specialties in HACCP, ISO22000, auditing, training, inspection, food related complaint investigation.
