Biography

 "Board (Ph.D) Degree in neurosurgery. Germany training for  for endoscopic spine surgery in St. Anna Hospital, Herne, Graduated in 1992 M B Ch B Primary Medical Degree College of Medicine, University of Mosul, Iraq Post-Graduated in 2008 Fellow of the Iraqi board for medical specializations in neurosurgery F.I.C.Ms neurosurgery. Dr Ramzi has 7 years’ experience in performing neurosurgical operation; including 2 years in   the neurosurgical hospital Iraq and 5 years in Dubai from July 2010 to Jan 30, 2016 he worked as Specialist and senior specialist, Neurosurgeon at Rashid Hospital - Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dubai, UAE. He has experience in treating all emergency cases of head trauma in adult and pediatric age group  and operating on  , extradural hemorrhage, subdural hemorrhage ,intracranial hemorrhage , depressed fracture elevation , and operating stroke patients with intracranial hemorrhage or malignant middle cerebral  artery infraction cases which requires  decompression craniotomy and intracranial pressure monitor insertion and evacuation of hematoma  and managements of hydrocephalus in adult and pediatric age group in performing ventriculoperitoneal shunts and external ventricular drain and  pediatric neurosurgical operation for neural tube defect meningiocele, meningomyelocele, encephalocele, craniosynostosis and evacuation of chronic subdural hematoma and oncological surgery for brain tumors and management of   suppurative brain and spine  lesion abscesses or empyema and management of subarachnoidal hemorrhage and vascular neurosurgery.  He has experience in the management of neck pain and back pain for cervical and lumber degenerative spine surgery disc prolapses and spondylolisthesis and he trained in Germany for endoscopic spine surgery in St. Anna Hospital, Herne, Germany."
