Biography

 Dr Vikram Krishan Mohindra is Specialist in Ophthalmology at Aster Hospital, Mankhool. He has over 35 years of experience in ophthalmology . He has worked in all the state of the art eye centres like the Naval hospital in Mumbai and the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College at Pune . Dr Vikram is a highly skilled eye surgeon with special interest in Anterior segment besides medical retina and a host of ophthalmic procedures. He retired as Professor from AFMC Pune and has numerous scientific and research papers published to his credit. Among his numerous achievements, he has also been recognized and decorated by the President of India with the Nao Sena Medal for going beyond the call of duty. He has strong clinical, operative, teaching, and research skills in ophthalmology with over 35 years practicing in the Armed Forces Medical Services. Education 1984 : MS (Ophthalmology) from Mumbai University, Maharashtra, India 1985 : MNAMS-Ophthalmology from Goa Medical College, National Board of Examination, Goa, India 1979 : MBBS from Nagpur University, Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences, Maharashtra, India Professional Experience 35 years of experience as Ophthalmologist in the Armed Forces Medical Services. 15 years of experience as Instructor for undergraduates and postgraduates at Armed Forces Medical College, Pune and Naval Hospital.
