 I take pleasure in exploring the possibility of offering my services to your prestigious healthcare company. I am consistent, hardworking, highly motivated and dependable person .I am looking to obtain a challenging opportunity in a high quality environment where my resourceful experience and academic skills will add value to organizational operations. # Currently I am associated with shifaa alorman hospital (SOH) which is a non-profit organization. Its vision is Upper Egypt without cancer. At present i am deputy director of nursing since May 2016 responsible for: · ensuring safe, effective, efficient delivery of nursing care within the organization · the employment and maintenance of a skilled effective nursing workforce · Ensuring nursing practice is current and reflects “best practice’ of international nursing standards. · Education and Staff Development of those newly graduated Nurses from Upper Egypt and Responsible for the supervision of staff of 97 employees responding to patient's needs, focusing on high quality nursing care and excellent patient satisfaction. My Education:Master in Critical Care and Emergency Nursing, Faculty of Nursing, Cairo University (Three semesters) GPA ¾. · Bachelor of Nursing, Cairo University (2009_2010) (very good with honor), Practical internship (medical, surgical, pediatric, obstetric) Faculty of Nursing, Cairo University. · Certified Professional In Health Care Quality (CPHQ) from National Association of Health Care Quality. (USA), Six Sigma Yellow Built, BLS and ACLS.
