Biography
Dr Daniel Saunders has been a consultant in clinical oncology in Nottingham since 2009 and became Head of Service at NUH in 2011. He has developed a successful prostate IMRT programme at NUG and is involved in establishing a national adaptive radiotherapy trial for patients with bladder cancer. he has a particular interest in paediatric radiotherapy and the treatment of uncommon tumours using advanced radiotherapy techniques. Dr Saunders passionately believes that, despite the significant advances in treatment technology that patients deserve an individualised approach which integrates evidence on best available practice with their individual needs.
