Dr. Sanjeev Kumar Rastogi

Biography

Dr SK Rastogi has completed 25 years of illustrious medical career in the Indian Army (1989 till 2015). After completing MBBS from the prestigious Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India he joined the Indian Army as a Doctor in 1989. He completed 3 years of training of MD ( Internal Medicine) from the Armed Forces Medical College, Pune, India and passed the exam conducted by the Pune University standing overall  First and was awarded Gold Medal in 1998. He worked in various hospitals of the Indian Army and he represented India at the United Nations Hospital at Lebanon. He worked at the UNIFIL Hospital, Lebanon for one year. He underwent Post Doctoral course DNB (Gastroenterology) at the Army Hospital Research & Referral, New Delhi, India where he received formal training till Dec 2009. Dr Sanjeev Kumar was last working at Command Hospital, Lucknow, India as Professor and Head of Gastroenterology Department. He has taken Premature Retirement from the Indian Army in the rank of Colonel and has joined Canadian Specialist Hospital as a full time Specialist Gastroenterology.
