Biography

Matvey Bobylev, MD, is a Staff Physician in the Anesthesiology Institute at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. He specializes in Pain Management. Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, Dr. Bobylev was a Staff Pain Management Specialist at the American Clinic in Moscow, Russia from 2003 – 2006. From 2006 – 2014, he worked as a Staff Anesthesiologist at Cleveland Clinic Ohio, as well as a Pain Management Specialist for chronic pain. Dr. Bobylev was awarded numerous First Place for oral abstract presentation as well as First Place for Clinical Research in Anesthesiology. Dr. Bobylev received his medical degree from Russia State Medical University in 1988. He then did an internship in Pediatric Surgery till 1989 and then a Residency in Anesthesia at the Moscow Children’s City Hospital. In 1997, Dr. Bobylev was a Fellow in Clinical Research in Cleveland Clinic Ohio till 1998. He also completed an internship in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic Ohio, then a Residency in Anesthesia till 2002.
