Dr. Mohamad Ojjeh

Biography

Dr. Ojjeh has more than 25 years of experience in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He has done MD in General Medicine in the year 1985 from the Damascus University - Faculty of Medicine. Later, at University of Nice, France certified him with digestive Endoscopy with specialty major in Hepato – Gastroenterology DIS and Minor in Therapeutic and Diagnostic Endoscopy with Very good GPA (Grade point average) in the year 1989. Afterwards for years he worked as consultant in Gastroenterology and Hepatology in Syria, as well in UAE. He also held positions of Medical Director and Head department in Gastroenterology and hepatology specialist. Dr. Ojjeh was Chairman of Scientific Committee of Syrian Gastroenterology Society in Damascus, also a member of Scientific Council of Gastroenterology and internal medicine, ministry of health up to present. He is also member of Arab Board Internal Medicine and examination committee Member of Arab Board of Gastroenterology. Dr. Ojjeh Attended several regional, international and world medical conferences in gastroenterology disease, liver, IBD etc. Dr. Ojjeh has vast experience as Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist. And has profound Knowledge and experience in treating chronic liver disease through medical attendance at Liver Disease Center of Ministry of Health

ERCP (Endoscopic retrograde Cholangio-pancreatography) and ultrasound guided biopsy and abscess drainage
