Biography
Having worked for 31/2 yrs at Citibank in Dubai, I was looking for a change as my urge to learn new things was always on. That's when I got this opportunity to work with Emirates NBD. It was something new. I joined the Diners team in RCB, where I learnt to do reconciliation, back office operations, application processing, invoice management, collections, payments and customer service. I was then moved to the product team of RCB where I managed the rewards program on Credit Cards and the various Service Providers .Here, my marketing skills were enhanced as I had to negotiate with various partners, bring in the best deal as well bring them on board ( system implementation). Currently, I am part of the Debit Card product team, where I assist in managing the various Campaigns that we run for Debit Cardholder. Recent ones have been the Staff PIN2WIN Campaign and the "PIN2WIN an iPad every Week" for customers. I also helped to launch a new Debit card recently called the Go4it Debit Card.
