Zubia Nasir

Biography

As a Senior Insurance Manager at GMC Healthcare LLC (GMCClinics Group), Zubiya has an overall responsibility for handling all insurance related matters. She is in charge of expanding and establishing relationships with all insurance networks & corporates within the UAE. She also provides training to all insurance staff on Healthcare EMR systems, internal policies and insurance protocols. She liaises with DHA on insurance related updates. Zubiya comes with more than 10 years of experience within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining the group, she has worked with various medical billing companies as a senior analyst where she was in charge for reviewing, analyzing and settling health insurance claims. Zubiya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences which gives her unique insight into the inner workings of health insurance systems.
