Biography
Dr. Mohsin-e-Azam graduated from Aga Khan University Orthopedics Residency Program in 2009. He received fellowship from College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (FCPS) in Orthopedics followed by two subspecialty fellowships; a) Limb reconstruction and limb lengthening and deformity correction with the Ilizarov method from Istanbul University Hospital, Turkey b) Musculoskeletal Oncology from Rizzoli Institute, Italy He gained a vast experience in treating trauma and general orthopedics while working in a Charitable Philanthropic institute along with an upscale private hospital in Karachi, Pakistan. He also acquired expertise in Revision joint surgery at Freeman Hospital, New Castle upon Tyne, UK. Apart from Orthopedics he has also done diplomas in Information Technology and Medical Ethics. He is a Member of AO Trauma, International Society of Limb Salvage, Pakistan Orthopedic Association, Association for the Study and Application of the Method of Ilizarov (ASAMI). Dr. Mohsin has presented at international forums and has publications on subjects of Surgery, Orthopedics and Ethics.
